IAN (Intelligent Agent Network) is operated by Cyphae Software Ltd., a British Columbia (Canada) corporation. When this policy refers to “IAN,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Cyphae Software Ltd.

2. What Data We Collect

  • Phone number (when you opt in to SMS)
  • Email address
  • SMS message content exchanged with IAN
  • Account identifiers (e.g., user ID, session tokens)
  • Usage analytics (pages visited, feature interactions, device type)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and improve the IAN waitlist and product
  • Send waitlist status updates, early access invitations, product updates, and support-related replies (by email and, if you opt in, by SMS)
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse
  • Provide customer support

4. SMS / Mobile Messaging

SMS is optional. You can join the IAN waitlist with email alone. If you choose to opt in to SMS by checking the consent box on www.ian.network/waitlist, IAN may send you the following kinds of SMS messages:

  • Waitlist status updates
  • Early access invitations
  • Product updates
  • Support-related replies

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact help@ian.network. Consent to SMS is not a condition of joining the waitlist.

Mobile information (including your phone number, opt-in data, and consent status) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your phone number.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party except with the vendors, aggregators, or service providers needed to deliver the SMS service to you (for example, Twilio). These providers are contractually obligated to use your data solely to deliver the messaging service and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

6. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100 % secure.

7. Your Rights & Deletion Requests

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

8. Children's Privacy

IAN is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through a notice on our website.
