We do not sell or rent your phone number.

We share your phone number and message content only with the service providers necessary to deliver messages (e.g., Twilio). These providers are contractually obligated to use your data solely for message delivery and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.

We will never share your opt-in data or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to delivering the messaging service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100 % secure.
