IAN (Intelligent Agent Network) operates a low-volume SMS program for people who join the IAN waitlist at www.ian.network/waitlist. Opting in to SMS is optional — you can join the waitlist with email only.
On the IAN waitlist form, you may toggle “SMS updates,” enter your mobile phone number, and check a separate, unchecked-by-default consent box. The exact consent text shown on the form is:
“By checking this box, you agree to receive SMS messages from IAN about your waitlist status, early access invitations, product updates, and support-related replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
If you opt in, IAN may send you SMS messages of the following kinds:
We do not sell or rent your phone number. Mobile information (including your phone number, opt-in data, and consent) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your phone number and message content only with the vendors, aggregators, or service providers necessary to deliver the SMS service (for example, Twilio). SMS is supported on major US and Canadian carriers. IAN and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
